摘 要:以2×800 t/d活性石灰回转窑窑尾烟气低温余热梯级利用为基础,对比分析了余热发电和热交换在低温余热利用上的不同。结果表明:余热发电可以吸收烟气中大部分能量,但发电效率很低;热交换过程能量利用率高,但消纳烟气余热数量有限。低温烟气余热利用应重点考虑开发热用户。Based on step utilization of the waste heat of the low temperature fume from 2×800 t/d active lime rotary kiln, the this paper contrasted and analyzed the difference of cogeneration and heat exchange in utilizing waste heat. The result showed that most of the energy could be absorbed if the waste heat was used by cogeneration, but the power generation efficiency was very low;if the waste heat was used by heat exchange, the energy efficiency could be very high, but the utilization amount of waste heat was too limited. Developing heat consumers should be first considered in the utilization of waste heat.
