摘 要:结合岳城矿胶带暗斜井的实际地质情况和快速掘进原理,提出了一次打眼分次装药爆破成巷及钢网索加混凝土喷层联合支护技术方案。实际应用表明,该技术方案能在确保暗斜井支护稳定性的情况下减少支护作业工作量,提升支护效率,将暗斜井掘进效率提升12.7%以上。目前该方案已得到了充分验证,具有较大的应用推广价值。Combining with the actual geological conditions and the principle of rapid excavation of the concealed inclined belt shaft in Yuecheng Coal Mine,this paper proposed a technical scheme of tunnel formation by one-time drilling and sub-charge blasting and the combined support of steel mesh cable and concrete shotcrete.Practical applications show that this technical scheme can reduce the workload of supporting operations,improve the efficiency of support,and increase the driving efficiency of the concealed shaft by more than 12.7%while ensuring the stability of the support of the concealed shaft.At present,the scheme has been fully verified and has a great application promotion value.
