摘  要:以一330 MW机组增设0号高压加热器为例,研究了高加汽源整体优化问题,分析了投运0号高压加热器后机组能耗和环保指标的变化情况,并通过对控制策略的合理优化,使0号高压加热器可随着机组负荷变化自动调节抽汽量并切换为热备用状态。研究结果表明,汽源优化后,汽轮机热耗率比优化前下降了12.4 kJ/(kW·h)。Taking a 330MW unit with No.0 high pressure heater as an example,this paper studied the overall optimization of high steam supply,analyzed the changes in energy consumption and environmental protection indicators of the unit after the operation of No.0 high pressure heater.Through the reasonable optimization of control strategy,the steam extraction of No.0 high pressure heater was automatically adjusted with the unit load change and switched to the hot standby state.The research results showed that after the steam source was optimized,the heat consumption rate of the steam turbine reduced by 12.4 kJ/(kW·h)than before.
