角色效应在高校思想政治教育中的应用研究

摘　　要：高校思想政治教育中教育者扮演着重要的角色,在不同的工作领域内行使不同的角色权利,履行不同的角色义务,承担着不同的角色使命;应用角色效应能够促进思想政治工作者和学生进行正确的角色定位,履行角色要求,完成角色使命,发挥引领示范作用,更好地规范教育行为以符合和顺应新时代的社会发展要求;思想政治教育工作者可以通过角色转换、角色承担、榜样学习以及社会实践来增强角色效应在思想政治教育中的应用,促进教师的专业化发展和学生全面发展,从而增强思想政治教育的实效性。Educators play an important role in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,exercise different role rights in different fields of work,fulfill different role obligations,and undertake different role missions.The application of role effect can promote ideological and political workers and students to carry out correct role orientation,fulfill role requirements,complete role mission,play a leading role in demonstration,and better standardize educational behavior in order to meet and conform to the requirements of social development in the new era.Ideological and political educators can enhance the application of role effect in ideological and political education through role transformation,role assumption,example learning and social practice,promote the professional development of teachers and the all-round development of students,so as to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
