摘 要:为了获得水力旋流器结构参数最佳匹配方案进而提高旋流器的分离性能,以处理生活污水用轴入式水力旋流器为研究对象,基于响应面优化方法,以高灵敏度结构参数变量作为输入指标,以模拟获得的分离效率结果作为响应面优化指标,完成旋流分离器结构参数与城市生活污水中悬浮物去除效率间的数学关系模型构建,掌握不同结构参数与分离器分离效率间的响应关系。基于构建的数学关系模型对旋流器结构参数进行优化,得到水力旋流器高灵敏度结构最佳参数为:主直径D=57.141mm、大锥段长度L2=85.716mm、小锥段长度L3=576.814mm,并基于数值模拟方法对优化结构进行验证。结果显示,水力旋流分离器结构经优化后与初始结构相比较,分离效率由90.832%提高到91.836%,验证了响应面优化结果的准确性。In order to obtain an optimum matching scheme of hydrocyclone structure parameters and improve its separation performance,the shaft-in hydrocyclone for domestic sewage treatment was taken as the research object.Based on RSM(response surface methodology),the high sensitivity structure parameter variables were taken as input index,and the simulated separation efficiency results were taken as response surface optimization index to complete the mathematical model of the relationship between structural parameters of the cyclone separator and removal efficiency of the suspended solids in municipal domestic sewage,and to obtain the response relationship between different structural parameters and the separation efficiency of the separator.Based on the mathematical relationship model,the structure parameters of hydrocyclone were optimized,and the optimal parameters of high sensitivity structure of hydrocyclone were obtained,i.e main diameter D=57.141mm,large cone L2=85.716mm,small cone L3=576.814mm and the optimized structure was verified based on the numerical simulation method.The results showed that,compared with the initial structure,the separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone can be improved from 90.832%to 91.836%,which verifies the accuracy of the response surface optimization results.
