摘 要:针对弯头众多且结构复杂的管道结构缺陷损伤难以检测的问题,应用ABAQUS有限元软件,采用中心频率为70kHz、周期数为5的汉宁窗调制的正弦曲线作为激励波形,改变裂纹缺陷在弯头处的位置和侧壁处裂纹缺陷的轴向宽度、周向长度和径向深度,对超声导波在弯头中的传播进行了模拟仿真,分析它对缺陷回波幅值的影响。研究结果表明:裂纹在弯头外侧比在弯头内侧更容易被检测,对于侧壁处的裂纹缺陷来说,轴向宽度对于纵向L(0,2)导波缺陷回波幅值无显著影响,缺陷的周向长度和径向深度对于缺陷回波最大幅值相对值影响较大。Aiming at the problem that pipelines with many elbows and complicated structures are difficult to detect,making use of ABAQUS software and adopting the sinusoid which boasting of a 70kHz center frequency and a 5-cycle number Hanning Window modulation as the stimulation waveform to change crack defect’s position at the elbow and the axial length,circumferential width and radial depth of the crack de fect at the side wall were implemented, including the simulation of ultrasonic guided-wave’s propagation at the elbow and the analysis of influence on amplitude of the defect echo. The results showed that, the cracks at elbow’s outside are more easily detected than those at the elbow’s inside;for the crack defects at the side wall, their axial breadth has no significant effect on the amplitude of the longitudinal L(0,2) guided-wave echo and the defects’ circumferential length and radial depth have a great influence on the maximum amplitude’s relative value of the defects echo.
