摘  要:基于多轴应力状态下的蠕变损伤模型,利用CT试样对9Cr1Mo钢侧槽引起的蠕变裂纹扩展拘束行为进行有限元分析。结果显示:裂纹起裂于靠近侧槽的初始裂纹前端;相同的初始应力强度因子下,受应力三轴度的影响,侧槽会导致裂纹扩展速率减小,且应力分布不均,应力集中较为严重;在0.5~1.0mm范围内,随着侧槽深度的增加,蠕变裂纹扩展速率先增大后减小;在40~80°范围内,随着侧槽角度的增加,蠕变裂纹扩展速率逐渐增大。Based on the creep damage model under multi-axial stress state and though making use of compact tensile specimens,the creep crack growth behavior of 9Cr1Mo steels was analyzed by the finite element method to show that the crack initiates from the front of the initial crack near the side-groove region.As for the same initial stress intensity factor,the crack growth rate of the side-groove specimen affected by the stress triaxiality becomes decreased and the stress distribution is irregular and the stress concentration is obvious.In the range of 0.5mm to 1.0mm,the creep crack growth rate firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of side-groove depth;and for the range of 40°to 80°,the creep crack’s growth rate gradually increases with the increasing of side-groove angle.
