摘 要:针对锥形外表面涂料喷雾流动过程,建立基于欧拉-欧拉法的喷涂成膜模型。采用多面体网格划分流体计算域和相耦合SIMPLE算法求解模型。结果表明:锥形外表面与圆弧外表面上的喷雾形状相似,都呈椭圆锥状;在远离壁面区域,两种形面对喷雾流场几乎没有影响。在靠近锥形外表面区域,周向喷涂时喷雾法向速度高于沿母线喷涂,最大切向速度低于沿母线喷涂,法向速度和最大切向速度与圆弧外表面几乎相同;沿母线喷涂时喷雾法向速度高于圆弧外表面且最大切向速度低于圆弧外表面。实验证实建立的喷涂成膜模型适用于锥形外表面涂料喷雾流场特性研究。Aiming at the paint spray flow process on the tapered outer surface,a paint deposition model based on the Euler-Euler method was established,where the polyhedron mesh was used to divide fluid computing domain and the coupled SIMPLE algorithm was adopted to solve the model.The results showed that,the spray shapes on both tapered and circular outer surfaces are similar,which are elliptic cones.In the area away from the wall,both tapered and circular outer surfaces have little effect on the spray flow field.In the area close to the tapered outer surface,the spray’s normal velocity in circumferential spraying is higher than that in busbar-direction spraying and the maximum tangential velocity is lower than that in busbar-direction spraying.Both the normal velocity and maximum tangential velocity in circumferential spraying are almost the same as that on cylindrical outer surface;when spayed along the busbar-direction,the spray’s normal velocity is higher than that on the cylindrical outer surface and its maximum tangential velocity is lower than that on the cylindrical outer surface.The experimental results confirmed that,the established paint deposition model is suitable for the study of the spray flow field characteristics of the tapered outer surface.
