摘  要:长线电缆驱动潜油电泵系统是海上采油平台最常用的采油方式之一,论文以海上采油平台使用的长线电缆作为主要分析对象,研究海上采油平台长线电缆过电压与谐波防护的措施,并且运用PSCAD软件建立相关模型,研究长线电缆-引接电缆中过电压现象产生的原因和机理,以及分析如何采取措施规避因电缆绝缘性降低导致电缆烧毁的现象。随着现代工业的发展以及人们对谐波的深入研究,发现海上采油平台长线电缆的过电压现象与谐波有直接的关系,基于此,设计研究了一种低通滤波器。Long cable driven electric submersible pump system is one of the most commonly used oil production methods on offshore oil production platform. In this paper, the long cable used in offshore oil production platform is taken as the main analysis object, and the overvoltage and harmonic protection of long cable of offshore oil production platform are protected. In addition, PSCAD software is used to establish the relevant model to study the causes and mechanism of overvoltage phenomenon in long line cable lead-in cable, and how to take measures to avoid the existence of cable insulation burn out phenomenon is analyzed. With the development of modern industry and the in-depth study of harmonics, it is found that there is a direct relationship between the overvoltage phenomenon and harmonics in the long cable of offshore oil production platform. Based on this, a low-pass filter is designed and studied in this paper.
