摘　　要：以上海轨道交通12号线9标段工程为例,对盾构进洞安全专项施工技术进行分析,对该工程的施工安全管理与质量监控措施加以阐述。力求通过研究,使轨道交通工程质量与安全得到切实保障,整体工程得以顺利高效地完成。Taking the 9 th section of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 12 as an example, this paper analyzes the special construction technology of shield tunneling safety, and expounds the construction safety management and quality monitoring measures. Through the study of this paper, the quality and safety of rail transit project can be effectively guaranteed, and the whole project can be completed smoothly and efficiently.
