摘　　要：介绍了高速公路房建工程建设管理的基本内容,分析了高速公路房建工程建设管理现状及存在的问题,并结合实践经验分别从加强前期设计准备等多个角度提出了一些有效方法与策略,希望对高速公路房建工程实践有所裨益。This paper introduces the basic contents of the construction management of expressway housing project,analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the construction management of expressway housing project.Combined with practical experience,the paper puts forward some effective methods and strategies from various angles and aspects such as strengthening the preliminary design preparation,which is expected to be beneficial to the practice of expressway housing construction project.
