摘 要:目的:对祛风颗粒进行提取工艺优选并建立主要成分的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:以干浸膏率及升麻素苷含量为评定指标,采用正交设计优选提取工艺;用3批中试样品颗粒进行薄层色谱研究。结果:提取工艺为煎煮提取2次,每次加12倍量水,每次60 min,首次煎煮前浸泡30 min;建立了黄芪、制何首乌和黄连3味药材的薄层色谱鉴别方法。结论:该提取工艺合理可行,薄层鉴别方法重现性好,可作为质控方法。OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of Qufeng granules and establish the thin layer chromatography identification method for the main components.METHODS:The dry extract rate and cimicifuga glycoside content were used as evaluation indicators,and orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process.Three batches of pilot sample particles were used for thin layer chromatography.RESULTS:The extraction technology was decocting and extracting for twice,12 times of water was added each time for 60 minutes,and soaking was performed for 30 minutes before the first decoction.The thin layer chromatography identification method for the three drugs of astragali radix,polygoni multiflori radix praeparata and coptidis was established.CONCLUSIONS:The extraction technology is reasonable and feasible,and the thin layer identification method has good reproducibility and can be used as a quality control method.
