摘 要:取货抓手是粮食搬运RGV完成存取货任务的重要组成部件,由于承载较重,抓手极易发生疲劳和变形。传统的设计方法主要靠实际经验确定抓手的关键尺寸,设计周期长、可靠性低。基于ANSYS软件并采用响应面分析法对抓手进行尺寸优化设计,以抓手的关键尺寸为设计变量,以降低最大等效应力、减小整体变形为优化目标,分析尺寸参数与优化参数之间的响应面曲线后得到最佳设计方案,使抓手在满足强度、刚度要求的同时结构更加合理,显著提高了粮食搬运RGV的工作可靠性,降低了运维成本。The picking gripper is an important component of the grain handling RGV to complete the loading and unloading task.Due to the heavy load,the gripper is prone to fatigue and deformation.The traditional design method mainly relies on practical experience to determine the key size of the gripper,with long design cycle and low reliability.Based on ANSYS software and response surface analysis method,the optimal design of grab size is carried out,by taking the key size of the gripper as the design variable and reducing the maximum equivalent stress and the overall deformation as the optimization objective,the response surface curve between the size parameters and the optimization parameters was analyzed to get the optimal design scheme,so that the gripper can meet the requirements of strength and stiffness while the structure is more reasonable.It significantly improved the working reliability of grain handling RGV and reduced the operation and maintenance cost.
