摘 要:针对现有气道支架在临床应用时存在再狭窄发生率高、组织感染和容易移位等缺点,提出了一种基于3D打印技术的气道支架个性化定制方案。借助计算机进行三维建模,设计形状和尺寸与患者气道局部解剖结构精准匹配、具有3层结构和表面分布有钉状凸起的个性化气道支架模型。以医用级热塑性聚氨酯为材料,采用3D打印机制备气道支架,研究打印温度、打印速度和移动速度对打印效果的影响,在打印温度为220℃、打印速度为5 mm/s、移动速度为120 mm/s和回退速度为10 mm/s条件下,制备出外观良好、结构完整、内外表面平滑的气道支架样品。研究了径向压缩率对气道支架力学性能的影响,当径向压缩率为20%时径向支撑力、压缩强度和压缩弹性模量分别达到156.16 N,1.20 MPa和8.71 MPa。为新型气道支架的产品开发提供一种制备新技术,具有良好的市场应用前景。In view of the high incidence of restenosis,tissue infection and easy displacement of existing airway stents in clinical application,a personalized customization scheme of airway stent based on 3D printing technology was proposed.With the help of computer 3D modeling,the shape and size of the individualized airway stent model accurately matched with the local anatomical structure of the patient’s airway,with three-layer structure and nail like protrusions on the surface.Using medical grade thermoplastic polyurethane as material,airway stent was prepared by 3D printer.The effects of printing temperature,printing speed and moving speed on printing effect were studied.Under the conditions of printing temperature 220℃,printing speed 5 mm/s,moving speed 120 mm/s and fallback speed 10 mm/s,the airway stent samples with good appearance,complete structure and smooth internal and external surfaces were prepared.When the radial compression ratio is 20%,the radial support force,compressive strength and compressive elastic modulus reach 156.16 N,1.20 MPa and 8.71 MPa respectively.It provides a new preparation technology for the development of new airway stent,and has a good market application prospect.
