摘 要:以石墨粉和三氯化钛为原料,通过Hummers和水解法制备得石墨烯/二氧化钛(G/TiO_(2)),将G/TiO_(2)作为填料添加到聚氯乙烯(PVC)中,探究其对PVC薄膜性能的影响。结果表明,添加G/TiO_(2)提高了PVC薄膜的力学性能、抗静电性能和耐紫外老化性能。添加G/TiO_(2)的PVC薄膜的拉伸强度由纯PVC薄膜的12.79 MPa提升至22.74 MPa,提高了77.80%,断裂伸长率由77.73%提升至98.23%,提高了26.37%,表面电阻由大于1.034×10^(12)Ω降低至8.156×10^(5)Ω,达到抗静电材料要求;经过150 h紫外老化后,纯PVC薄膜的拉伸强度由12.79 MPa降低至8.49 MPa,下降了33.62%;添加G/TiO_(2)的PVC薄膜的拉伸强度由22.74 MPa降低至18.54 MPa,仅下降18.64%。Graphene/titanium dioxide(G/TiO_(2))was prepared by Hummers and hydrolysis method using graphite powder and titanium trichloride as raw materials.G/TiO_(2)was added as a filler to polyvinyl chloride(PVC),and the effects of G/TiO_(2)on PVC film performance were studied.The results show that the addition of G/TiO_(2)improves the mechanical properties,antistatic performance and ultraviolet aging resistance of PVC film.The tensile strength of PVC film with G/TiO_(2)increases from 12.79 MPa of pure PVC film to 22.74 MPa,increases by 77.80%,and the elongation at break increases from 77.73%to 98.23%,increases 26.37%,and the surface resistance is reduced from>1.034×10^(12)Ωto 8.156×10^(5)Ω,which meets the requirements of antistatic materials.After 150 h UV aging,the tensile strength of pure PVC film decreases from 12.79 MPa to 8.49 MPa,decreases by 33.62%,the tensile strength of PVC film with G/TiO_(2)decreases from 22.74 MPa to 18.54 MPa,only decreases by 18.64%.
