摘  要:化学处理过程中的流程空白是铅同位素比值的高精度测量的重要影响因素,借助多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱仪,利用同位素稀释法对本实验室基于AG1×8阴离子树脂和锶特效树脂所建立两种铅分离方法的全流程空白进行了准确测定。结果显示:在^(206)Pb浓缩同位素稀释剂加入量大于50 ng时,MC-ICPMS具有较优的测试精度;两种方法加标回收实验的回收率和相对标准偏差分别为97.61%、98.39%和2.45%、1.78%(n=6);对样品的分析结果显示,锶特效树脂的流程空白略优于AG1×8阴离子树脂,分别在0.011~0.034 ng、0.030~0.058 ng,而测试时MC-ICP-MS一般要求样品中铅的浓度在50~300 ng/mL,故在此流程空白水平下均可获得高精度的铅同位素比值。The blank process in the chemical analysis of lead isotope has a great influence on the accurate measurement of lead isotope ratio.With the help of multi-collector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrum,the whole process of blank in two kinds of separation methods based on AG1×8 anion resin and Sr-special resin was determined by isotope dilution method in our laboratory.The results showed that MC-ICP-MS had the best accuracy when the concentration of ^(206)Pb isotopic diluents is about 50 ng.The recoveries and RSD of the two methods were 97.61%,98.39%and 2.45%,1.78%(n=6),respectively.The analysis results of the samples showed that the blank flow of Sr-special resin was slightly better than that of AG1×8 anion resin,which was between 0.011-0.034 ng and 0.030-0.058 ng.The lead concentration of the sample was required to be between 50-300 ng/mL,so the high-precision lead isotope ratio could be obtained under the blank.
