摘 要:针对因电磁干扰严重,绝缘加速老化寿命试验介质损耗因数及变化在线测量困难,设计出一种在线测量介质损耗因数的方法。对被测正弦电压和电流信号每周期进行20~100次采样,采样时间不小于150周期,采样时刻不需要与被测信号同步,通过采样数据计算介质损耗因数;同时通过试样在试验初期介质损耗因数的稳定性和试样介质损耗因数初值tanδ_(0),求取测量电路附加相位偏移补偿值tanδ_(E)进行补偿,从而消除测量电路附加相位偏移对在线测量结果造成的影响。经验证,该方法获得的介质损耗因数的测量误差在1%以内,满足正弦电压绝缘加速老化寿命试验以及电气设备绝缘系统中对介质损耗因数在线测量的需要。The dielectric loss factor data and change need to be measured in the insulation accelerated life-aging test.Yet it is difficult to be measured online because of the severe electromagnetic interference.So a method is introduced for the dielectric loss factor online measurement,the dielectric loss factor is computed by the sampling data of sinusoidal voltage and current signals in every period.The data can be gotten in sampled 20-100 times.It takes more than 150 periods to get the data without synchronized measured signal.At the same time,the measurement error of the additional phase offset can be eliminated by the additional phase offset compensation value tanδ_(E) of the measurement circuit.The tanδE can be computed through the initial value tanδ_(0) of dielectric loss factor,because of the stability of the dielectric loss factor at the test prime stage.In the test,the measurement error of the dielectric loss factor can be obtained within 1%.Thus the method can satisfy the requirement of online measurement of dielectric loss factor in the sinusoidal voltage insulation accelerated life-aging test and the electrical equipment insulation system.
