摘  要:随着全球在深水油气田开发领域的逐步深入,水下收发球筒(PLR)已经成为保证油气田顺利投产、安全服役的重要设施。但目前PLR产品主要由国外厂家设计,国内没有统一的PLR产品设计规范或文献供参考,增加了自主设计的难度。本文基于多个国外项目经验以及相关科研课题成果,通过实例计算的方法详细阐述了PLR所有关键部件的设计难点和计算方法,本文案例的分析和计算结果已经获得成功应用,表明该PLR产品满足深水环境的使用要求,且形式最简单,结构最优化,可以大大节约海上施工成本。通过阅读本文,读者可以彻底理解PLR设计原理,独立完成水下临时收发球筒设计。本文为同类产品的设计提供了重要依据和参考。With the global development of deepwater oil and gas fields,subsea pig launcher and receiver(PLR)has become an important facility to ensure the operation and safe service of oil and gas fields.However,currently the PLRs are mainly designed by foreign vendors,and there is no PLR related design regulation or paper in China,which increased the difficulty of design in-house.This paper elaborates the design difficulties and calculation methods of all the key components by typical example based on the experience of many foreign projects and related scientific research results.The analysis and calculation results of the case in this paper has been successfully applied and show that the PLR product meets the requirements of deepwater environment,with the simplest form and optimized structure,and can greatly save the cost of offshore construction.Readers can thoroughly understand the design principle and independently complete the design of the temporary PLR.This paper provides an important basis and reference for the design of similar products.
