摘 要:为分析雾天环境下区域高速公路网的交通运行状态,基于METANET模型建立考虑能见度因素的雾天环境下区域高速公路网交通流模型,并利用实测数据对模型相关参数进行了标定.分别从交通运行效率和交通安全两个方面构建雾天环境下区域高速公路网交通运行状态评价指标,结合湖北省高速公路网局部团雾环境进行分析,结果发现:在同一交通需求水平下,路网拥堵里程和高风险路段里程在能见度为100和200 m时相比300 m时分别增加了70%(66.7%)以上和20%(25%)以上;在同一能见度下,路网拥堵里程和高风险路段里程在交通需求为状态3和状态2下比状态1分别增加了88.9%(87.5%)以上和33.3%(50%)以上,表明雾天和过大交通需求都会加剧路网的拥堵程度和安全风险水平,且交通安全状态与交通运行效率同步变化.Based on METANET model,the traffic flow model of regional expressway network in foggy weather was established,and the related parameters of the model were calibrated by using the measured data.The evaluation indexes of traffic operation state of regional expressway network in foggy weather were constructed from two aspects of traffic operation efficiency and traffic safety,and analyzed in combination with local fog environment of expressway network in Hubei Province.The results show that,under the same traffic demand level,the mileage of road network congestion and high-risk road sections increased by 70%(66.7%)and 20%(25%)respectively when the visibility was 100 m and 200 m compared with 300m.Under the same visibility,the road network congestion mileage and high-risk road section mileage are increased by 88.9%(87.5%)and 33.3%(50%)respectively when the traffic demand is in state 3 and state 2 compared with state 1,indicating that foggy days and excessive traffic demand will aggravate the road network congestion and safety risk level,and the traffic safety status and traffic operation efficiency will change synchronously.
