摘 要:煤气化炉渣是煤化工行业排放的一种工业固废,具有压碎值高,吸水率大等特点,通过探讨水泥剂量、集料级配和粉煤灰掺量等因素对水泥稳定类煤气化渣路面基层材料力学性能的影响规律,研究煤气化炉渣路面基层材料长期力学性能、抗冻性,以及施工性能,论证了煤气化炉渣路面基层材料在公路工程中应用的技术可行性.研究结果表明:煤气化炉渣路面基层材料7 d无侧限抗压强度达2.2~6.8 MPa,但较同水泥剂量下水泥稳定碎石的强度略低,通过级配调整,加入粉煤灰可防止集料受压破碎,并大幅度提高水泥稳定煤气化炉渣的力学性能,还可提高其抗冻性.工程应用表明:水泥稳定类煤气化炉渣基层不仅强度满足要求,而且抗冻性良好.Coal gasification slag(GGS)is an industrial solid waste discharged from the coal chemical industry which has high crushing value and high water absorption rate.By discussing the influence of cement dosage,aggregate gradation and fly ash content on the mechanical properties of cement stabilized coal gasification slag pavement base material,the long-term mechanical properties,frost resistance and construction performance of coal gasification slag pavement base material were studied,and the technical feasibility of applying coal gasification slag pavement base material in highway engineering was demonstrated.The results show that the unconfined compressive strength of coal gasification slag pavement base material reaches(2.2~6.8)MPa in 7 days,but it is slightly lower than that of cement stabilized macadam with the same dosage of cement.Through grading adjustment and the addition of fly ash,the mechanical properties of the cement stabilized CGS are greatly improved,and the addition of fly ash can also improve its frost resistance.The engineering application shows that the cement stabilized CGS not only meets the strength requirements of road base,but also has excellent frost resistance.
