摘  要:为评估聚合物改性沥青的自愈合速率及其与表面自由能参数的关系,通过动态剪切流变仪对三种掺量的聚合物改性沥青进行时间扫描试验,当模量下降到初始模量的一半时引入不同的间歇时间,以间歇前后动态剪切模量的变化值计算沥青的自愈合指标,并根据自愈合速率方程拟合获得沥青的短、长期自愈合速率;基于表面自由能理论,用插板法测得三种沥青与测试试剂的接触角,以此计算沥青的表面自由能参数.结果表明:随着聚合物改性剂掺量的增加,沥青的短期自愈合速率和长期自愈合速率都呈现先增大后减小的趋势,掺量为0.3%的沥青短、长期自愈合速率最大,掺量为0.1%的沥青短、长期自愈合速率最小,从自愈合速率的角度分析,聚合物改性剂的最佳掺量为0.3%;在前进过程中计算得到的非极性色散分量随着聚合物改性剂掺量的增加呈现先减小后增大的趋势,极性酸碱分量则随着聚合物改性剂掺量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势;沥青的短期自愈合速率与非极性色散分量呈负相关,长期自愈合速率与极性酸碱分量呈正相关,在选择自愈合速率更快的沥青时可通过这一关系用沥青表面自由能试验代替耗时更长的沥青自愈合试验.In order to evaluate the self-healing rate of polymer modified asphalt and its relationship with surface free energy parameters,time scanning tests were carried out on three kinds of polymer modified asphalt by dynamic shear rheometer.When the modulus drops to half of the initial modulus,different intermittent time was introduced.The self-healing index of asphalt was calculated according to the change value of dynamic shear modulus before and after intermittent,and the short-term and long-term self-healing rates of asphalt were obtained by fitting the self-healing rate equation.Based on the theory of surface free energy,the contact angles of three kinds of asphalts with test reagents were measured by the insert plate method,and the surface free energy parameters of asphalts were calculated.The results show that with the increase of the content of polymer modifier,the short-term self-healing rate and long-term self-healing rate of asphalt increase at first and then decrease.0.3%asphalt has the highest short-term self-healing rate,while 0.1%asphalt has the lowest short-term self-healing rate.From the point of view of self-healing rate,the best content of polymer modifier is 0.3%.In the process of advancing,the calculated nonpolar dispersion component decreases first and then increases with the increase of polymer modifier content,while the polar acid-base component increases first and then decreases with the increase of polymer modifier content.Short-term self-healing rate of asphalt is negatively correlated with nonpolar dispersion component,while long-term self-healing rate is positively correlated with polar acid-base component.When choosing asphalt with faster self-healing rate,asphalt surface free energy test can be used instead of asphalt self-healing test.
