摘  要:基于水环境保护风险系统理论,运用“压力—状态—响应”模型(PSR),构建水环境风险评估体系,在构建评估体系的基础上,采用层次分析法和模糊统计法,计算各风险指标的隶属度,对区域风险等级进行划分,并结合实际情况分析区域水环境所面临的主要风险源,有针对性地提出区域风险防控和管理措施。文章以盱眙县为例,对盱眙县进行控制单元划分,通过水环境风险评估方法对控制单元进行实践和探讨,结果表明该方法能够有效地对盱眙县各控制单元水环境进行环境风险评估分级,为相关管理部门科学管控提供依据。In view of the theory of water environmental protection risk system,the water environment risk assessment system was built with the pressure-state-response(P-S-R)model.Based on the water environment risk assessment system,the membership of the risk indicators and were determined,and the risk level of the control units were divided by analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy statistical method.Combining with the practicalities,it analyzed the main risk sources faced by the regional water environment,and then proposed targeted regional risk control and management measures.Xuyi county was taken as an example.After division of the control units,each control unit was practiced and discussed adopting the water environment risk assessment method.The results show that this method can be used effectively to assess and classify the environmental risk of the water environment of each control unit in Xuyi County,and it provided a basis on scientific management for the relevant management departments.
