梅国强教授运用舌诊思路探析

摘　　要：国医大师梅国强在临床实践的基础上拓展了叶天士《外感温热篇》"绛舌""白苔绛底"等舌象的代表意义及应用范围,将本是应用于外感温病的舌象用于指导内伤杂病的辨治。临证时在四诊合参的基础上详察舌质之淡、红、绛、紫,舌苔之厚、薄、润、干等,以寻求病机之苗窍,拟定适宜的治法方药。应对慢性、疑难病患者则依据舌象的动态变化判断病机的发展趋势,把握时机及时调整处方以契合病机变化。将舌象作为部分经方的使用要点之一,为准确选用经方提供了重要参考依据。On the basis of clinical practice,Mei Guoqiang,master of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),expanded the representative significance and application scope of tongue images,such as "deep red tongue" and "white fur with deep red bottom" recorded in Ye Tianshi’s Exogenous Warm and Heat,and used the tongue images,originally applied to exogenous febrile diseases,to guide the differentiation and treatment of internal damages and miscellaneous diseases.In clinical practice,on the basis of the four diagnostic methods,the light,red,crimson and purple tongue texture and the thick,thin,moist and dry tongue coating were carefully observed,in order to find out the pathogenesis of disease,and work out appropriate treatment methods and proper prescriptions and medications.For patients with chronic and intractable diseases,the development trend of pathogenesis is judged based on the dynamic changes of tongue images,and prescription is adjusted in time to meet the changes in pathogenesis.Taking tongue images as one of the key points in applying some classic prescriptions provides an important reference evidence for the accurate selection of classic prescriptions.
