摘　　要：刘玉洁教授认为心搏之原动力源于心阳与宗气,与心肺二脏关系甚密。缓慢性心律失常所呈之心悸、胸闷诸症多因心阳不足,胸中宗气匮乏虚而下陷所致。然"大气"即宗气,故其病机关键为心阳虚、大气下陷。辨证上应从心肺着手,当独重心阳与"大气";治疗上以温补心阳、升提大气为总则,酌加活血固本敛气之品。方用自拟"律升心康方"切中病机,终使心阳充盛,大气复升,心搏动力之源不竭,诸症自消。Professor Liu Yujie maintains that the motive force of heart beat comes from heart yang and pectoral qi,which is closely related to the two viscera of heart and lung.Palpitation,chest oppression and other symptoms of bradyarrhythmia are mainly caused by deficiency of heart yang and qi collapse due to deficiency of pectoral qi in the chest.Therefore,the key pathogenesis of slow arrythmia is deficiency of heart yang and sinking of da qi (that is,pectoral qi).She proposed that syndrome differentiation of bradyarrhythmia start from heart and lung,focusing solely on heart yang and da qi.In terms of treatment,the general principle is warmly invigorating heart yang and ascending da qi,supplemented with some drugs that can activate blood circulation,consolidate the body and astringe qi.The self-made "Lvsheng Xinkang Fang" is very consistent with the pathogenesis,making heart yang sufficient,da qi restored to its original level,the source of heart beat power inexhaustible,and all kinds of symptoms disappear naturally.
