益肺消癌汤联合化疗对中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者VEGF、MMP-2及MMP-9的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益肺消癌汤联合化疗对中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法选择中晚期NSCLC患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用益肺消艾汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后临床疗效、KPS评分、VEGF、MMP-2、MMP-9水平、生活质量调查表(QLQ-CCC)评分。结果对照组总缓解率显著低于观察组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组和对照组KPS评分显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组KPS评分显著低于观察组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组和对照组VEGF、MMP-2及MMP-9水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组VEGF、MMP-2水平均显著高于观察组(P<0.05),MMP-9水平显著低于观察组(P<0.05);治疗后与治疗前比较,对照组躯体、心理、社会及总生活质量评分均降低,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益肺消癌汤联合化疗对治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌能显著降低VEGF、MMP-2及MMP-9的水平,与单独进行化疗比较,疗效更显著。Objective To investigate the effect of Yifei Xiaoai Decoction combined with chemotherapy on matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9),matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with middle and advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods Eighty patients with middle and advanced NSCLC were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin,and the observation group was treated with Yifei Xiaoai Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,KPS score,VEGF,MMP-2,MMP-9 levels,and quality of life questionnaire (QLQ-CCC) scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total remission rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group (P<0.05).The KPS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P< 0.05),and the KPS scores of the control group were significantly lower than those of the observation group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the levels of VEGF and MMP-2 in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P<0.05),yet the MMP-9 level was significantly lower than that of the observation group (P< 0.05).Compared between after treatment and before treatment,the physical,psychological,social,and total quality of life scores in both groups were all reduced,while scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Yifei Xiaoai Decoction combined with chemotherapy can significantly reduce the levels of VEGF,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the treatment of middle and advanced non-small cell lung cancer,and its curative effect is more significant than chemotherapy alone.
