摘　　要：介绍了一种移膜革表面免打磨处理剂792AH的制备技术,采用792AH对革面材料进行底涂,对修饰层补强的同时,可使革面与聚氨酯胶粘剂的粘接力明显提高,与改性TPR鞋底材料可达成有效粘合,可以省去传统的打磨工艺,减少革面料层的损耗及对环境的污染,在鞋厂具有一定的推广应用价值。The preparation technology of a non-polishing agent 792AH for transfer film leather surface was introduced.792AH was used to undercoat the leather surface material.While reinforcing the modified layer,the adhesion between the modified surface of leather and polyurethane adhesives was obviously improved.It can effectively bond with TR sole material.It can save the traditional polishing process,reduce the loss of the leather facing layer of leather,and reduce the environmental pollution as well.This technology has certain application value in footwear factory.
