摘  要:为了准确计算木结构住宅墙体的导热系数及热阻值,基于热流法导热分析,研究木结构住宅墙体传热特性;通过有限单元法,分析木结构住宅墙体传热分布原理,研究基于稳态热流法的墙体传热特性,检测均匀厚度材料的平行等温界面,获取理想热传导性能;采用稳态热流导热系数测试仪,测试江苏省南京市某木结构住宅墙体组成部分及墙体不同部位的传热特性。结果表明:在边界相同的情况下,尺寸为2英寸×6英寸(宽度×长度, 1英寸=2.54 cm)的木结构住宅墙体的热舒适性与节能效果较好,导热系数最大与最小的保温材料分别为玻璃棉和挤塑聚苯板,木结构墙体的传热特性因木墙骨的宽度不同而存在差异;基于热流法分析测试的墙体导热系数和热阻与理论计算值误差极小。To obtain thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of wood structure residential walls accurately,heat transfer characteristics of wood structure residential walls were studied based on heat conduction analysis of heat flow method.By analyzing the heat transfer distribution principle of wood structure residential walls and using finite element method,heat transfer characteristics of walls based on steady-state heat flow method were studied.The parallel isothermal interface of materials with uniform thickness was detected to obtain ideal heat transfer performance.Heat transfer characteristics of components and different parts of a certain wood structure residence wall in Nanjing,Jiangsu province were measured by using the steady-state thermal conductivity tester.The results show that with the same boundary,thermal comfort and energy-saving effect of 2 inch×6 inch(width×length,1 inch=2.54 cm)wood structure residential wall are better,and thermal insulation materials with the largest and smallest thermal conductivities are glass wool and extruded polystyrene board respectively.Heat transfer characteristics of wood structure walls are different due to different widthes of wooden wall bones.Errors between thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of walls measured by using heat flow method and theoretical calculation values are very small.
