摘  要:采用自制高温烘烤机降低汽车内饰织物(带聚氨酯软泡的复合针织物)的气味,效果显著。研究了不同车速(6、8、10、12、14 m/min)及不同温度(110、120、130、140、150℃)条件下汽车内饰织物的气味变化,发现车速在6~14 m/min时,气味随着温度的升高先降低后增加。考虑经济成本与效益,首选烘烤温度为130℃,车速为10 m/min。The self-made high-temperature baking machine was used to reduce the odor of automobile interior fabrics(composite knitted fabrics with polyurethane soft foam),and the effect was remarkable.The odor changes of automotive interior fabrics under different conveying speeds(6,8,10,12,14 m/min)and different baking temperatures(110,120,130,140,150℃)were studied.It was found that when the conveying speed was 6—14 m/min,the odor first decreased and then increased with the increase of temperature.In consideration of the economic cost and benefit,the baking temperature of 130℃and the conveying speed of 10 m/min were preferred.
