摘  要:该文研制了煤自燃特性综合实验仪器,并应用于教学。通过实验平台,结合煤自燃倾向性的氧化动力学测定方法,实现了少煤样对煤炭自燃过程的模拟,仪器体积小、实验耗时短,适用于实验教学的开展。实践表明,通过开展程序升温条件下煤自燃特征参数Tcpt、Co2值及指标气体浓度实验,非常有助于加深学生对理论知识的理解和实验动手能力的培养,激发专业学习热情,显著提高学生创新实践能力与水平。The comprehensive experimental instrument for the characteristics of coal’s spontaneous combustion developed in this paper is applied in the teaching process.Based on the experimental platform and the oxidation kinetics testing method for coal spontaneous combustion tendency,the spontaneous combustion of coal by less coal sample is simulated.Due to the small-sized instrument and timesaving experiment,it is suitable for experimental teaching.The practice indicates that the experiments of the characteristic parameters of“Tcpt”and“Co2”values for coal spontaneous combustion and of the indicator gas concentration under the condition of programmed temperature-rise help improve the students’understanding of the theoretical knowledge and the cultivation of their hands-on ability.Moreover,it helps stimulate students’enthusiasm in professional learning and remarkably improve their innovative practical ability and level.
