摘 要:目的:探讨上海常驻居民最小红斑量(minimal erythema dose, MED)与年龄、性别、皮肤日光反应类型、肤色指标、个体类型角及体质指数的关系。方法:使用GS2004多波段SPF测试日光模拟器对受试者背部进行长波紫外线(UVA)+中波紫外线(UVB)波段照射,并测定健康受试者背部MED值,并采集肤色、皮肤类型及体质指数等信息,采用t检验与线性回归分析采集指标与MED间的关联。测试光源波段来源于国际标准化组织(ISO)24444:2010防晒化妆品防晒指数人体测试方法。结果:共纳入受试者222名,MED均值为(22.52±5.41)mJ/cm2。研究发现:MED值与年龄、个体类型角、体质指数呈负相关(P<0.05),且与女性皮肤亮度值L*负相关(P<0.05);但与皮肤红色值b*呈正相关(P<0.001)。MED与皮肤分型及性别间无显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:在上海常驻居民中,肤色越浅、年龄越大、体质指数越高对紫外线越敏感。本研究为进一步阐明MED值的生理机制和精准预测提供了一定的理论基础。Objective: To explore the association of minimal erythema dose(MED) of ultraviolet irradiation with age, gender, skin phototypes, skin color index, individual typological angle and body mass index in residents of Shanghai. Methods:A GS2004 multi-band SPF test solar simulator was used to irradiate skin on the back of healthy individuals, both with longwavelength ultraviolet light(UVA) and medium-wavelength ultraviolet light(UVB). The MED values were measured, and the information including skin phototypes, skin color index, and body mass index from each individual was collected. The data were analyzed using t-test and linear regression. The determination of sun protection factor was conducted according to ISO standards(ISO 24444:2010). Results: A total of 222 healthy individuals was included. The mean MED was(22.52±5.41)mJ/cm~2.The MED value was negatively correlated with age, type of individual Angle, body mass index as well as female skin brightness value L~*(P<0.05). The MED value was positively correlated with red value b~*(P<0.001). There was no association between the MED value and phototypes and gender among subjects(P>0.05). Conclusion: This study demonstrated an association between MED and body mass index for the first time. In residents of Shanghai, higher sensitivity to UV light is associated with lighter the skin color, older the age, and higher the body mass index. This study provides a theoretical basis for further clarifying the physiological mechanism and accurate prediction of MED value.
