摘　　要：和兴佳园是天津市示范小镇项目,该项目屋面采用了中国红系彩色波形沥青瓦与波形沥青防水板相结合的方案,保证屋面防水通风的同时增加了建筑美感。文章介绍了挂瓦条、防水板和彩色波形沥青瓦的铺设工艺,并详述了屋脊、悬山等细部节点的防水处理。Hexing Jiayuan,as a demonstrative town project of Tianjin,its roof adopts the combination of Chinese red corrugated asphalt tile and corrugated bitumen waterproofing board,which not only assures the roof's ventilation and waterproofness,but also increases its beauty.The article introduces the laying technology of roof batten,waterproofing board and colorful corrugated asphalt tile.It also details the waterproofing treatment for details such as ridge and overhanging gable roof.
