层流洁净手术室空气质量监测结果评价

摘　　要：评价层流洁净手术室空气质量监测结果,提高层流洁净手术室的空气质量。对2018年1月前手术室环境监测,发现1个百级手术空间与1个万级手术空间监测不合格,寻找原因并进行有针对性的处理。2018年2月—2019年2月采取了相关措施后,再次对手术室的空气进行监测,分析比较改进前后手术室静态空气质量的合格率、电机送风风量、换气次数、过滤网的过滤等级。经过院感监测,Ⅰ类手术切口感染率在0.2%以下,经过改进之后,所有手术空间的空气质量均合格,电机送风风量、换气次数、过滤网过滤等级显著高于改进前(P<0.05)。加强对手术室空气洁净净化系统的清洁、运行及无菌方面的管理,并对空气采样人员进行培训,可有效提高层流洁净手术室的空气质量。The research evaluates the air quality monitoring results in the laminar flow clean operating room,to improve the air quality in the laminar flow clean operating room.Environmental monitoring before Jan.2018 is done,and we find there are 1 hundred grade surgical space and 1 ten thousand grade surgical space monitoring disqualification,and find the causes and solve the problems.After adopting related measures from Feb.2018 to Feb.2019,the air of operating room is monitored,we analyze and compare the static state air percent of pass of operating room,electrical machinery blast capacity,ventilation rate and filtration grade of strainer.Through hospital infection monitoring,the infection rate of I type operative incision is below 0.2%.Through improvement,air quality of all operative space is qualified.Air supply capacity of electrical machinery,ventilation rate and filtration grade of filter screen are significantly higher than those before improvement(P<0.05).Strengthening the management of the clean of air clarification system of operating room,operation and sterility,and training air sampling staff can effectively improve air quality of laminar flow clean operating room.
