摘 要:试验研究日粮中添加发酵苹果渣对育肥猪生产性能和血清指标的影响。100头育肥猪随机分成5组,每组20头。对照组育肥猪饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2、3、4组育肥猪饲喂添加5%、8%、10%、15%发酵苹果渣的基础日粮,试验期60 d。结果显示,试验组育肥猪平均日增重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),料重比极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),试验3组育肥猪组料重比极显著低于其他各组(P<0.01)。试验组育肥猪血清中的甲状腺素(T4)、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)水平极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组育肥猪血清中白蛋白、葡萄糖和总胆固醇含量略有上升,而甘油三酯降低(P>0.05)。研究表明,基础日粮添加10%发酵苹果渣能提高育肥猪的生产性能。Effect of fermented apple drees on performance and serum indexes of finishing pigs were studied. 100 fattening pigs were divided into five groups with 20 fattening pigs in each group. The pigs in control group were fed with basic diet,and pigs in experimental groups were respectively fed with basic diet added 5%、8%、10%、15% of fermented apple dregs. The test period was 60 d. The results showed that average daily gain of fattening pigs in experimental groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01), the feed to gain ratio of fattening pigs in experimental groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01), and feed to gain ratio of fattening pigs in the experimental group 3 was significantly lower than that in other groups(P<0.01). The serum T4 and IgG levels of fattening pigs in experimental groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01). Serum albumin, glucose and total cholesterol of finishing pigs in experimental groups increased slightly, but triglyceride decreased(P>0.05). The experiment indicated that adding 10% fermented apple dregs to basic diet could improve the production performance of the fattening pigs.
