摘 要:文章建立M-W-离子色谱法检测配合饲料中亚硫酸盐的方法。饲料样品在酸性条件下煮沸,释放出的二氧化硫由惰性载体氮气带出,在吸收管中被双氧水溶液吸收并氧化为稀硫酸溶液,用离子色谱检测吸收液中的硫酸根含量换算饲料样品中亚硫酸盐的含量。保留时间(RT)定性、峰面积定量,计算饲料中硫酸根的含量。该方法线性关系良好,R2=0.999 9。在样品中添加亚硫酸钠进行回收试验,回收率在95%以上。硫酸根离子保留时间的重复性相对标准偏差小于0.5%,样品浓度重复性相对标准偏差小于1.2%,说明稳定性较好。研究表明,离子色谱法可快速准确地检测配合饲料中的亚硫酸盐。A M-W-Ion chromatography method for determination of sulfite in compound feeds was established. The feed sample is boiled in acid condition, and sulfur dioxide released is taken out by nitrogen inert carrier. It is absorbed by hydrogen peroxide solution in absorption tube and oxidized to dilute sulfuric acid solution. Then, SO32-in absorption solution was detected by ion chromatography, and sulfate content in feed samples was converted. The linear relationship of method was good, R2=0.999 9. When sodium sulfite was added to the sample for recovery experiment, the recovery rate was above 95%. RSD of repeatability of SO32-ion RT was less than 0.5%, and the RSD of repeatability of sample concentration was less than 1.2%. SO32-in compound feed can be quickly and accurately detected by M-W-Ion chromatography.
