摘　　要：中草药饲料添加剂具有无残留、无副作用、毒性低、营养成分丰富的优点,可作为抗生素类药物的替代品。蒲公英营养价值丰富,拥有多糖、多酚、黄酮、萜类等多种活性成分,蒲公英能够提高畜禽生产性能,推动畜牧业可持续发展。文章论述蒲公英活性成分的研究状况及在动物生产应用中的研究进展,为深度开发利用蒲公英资源提供参考。Chinese herbal medicine feed additives have the advantages of no drug residue, no side effects, low toxicity,and rich nutritional content, and can be used as a substitute for antibiotic drugs. Dandelion is rich in nutritional value, with a variety of active ingredients such as polysaccharides, polyphenols, flavonoids, terpenes, etc. The dandelion can improve the production performance of livestock and poultry. Promote the sustainable development of animal husbandry. The article will discuss the research status of dandelion active ingredients and the research progress in animal production and application, and provide references for further development and utilization of dandelion resources.
