薄层色谱半自动点样成像仪在中兽药检验中的应用

摘　　要：本文利用薄层色谱法半自动点样成像仪对5种中兽药进行定性鉴别、对1种中兽药进行半定量分析,结果表明:图片可视性好,色彩分明,供试品斑点与标准品斑点清晰可见,中兽药检验的准确度和重现性较高。此技术可在中兽药质量控制领域推广应用,大大提高中兽药检测工作效率。Thin layer chromatography(TLC)semi-automatic imager is used in qualitative identification of 5 kinds of Chinese veterinary drugs and half quantitative analysis of veterinary drugs in a kind of Chinese veterinary drugs.The results showed that the images had good visibility,color was distinct,spots and the standard of the spots were clear,and the accuracy and reproducibility were high.This technology can be popularized and applied in the field of quality control of Chinese veterinary drugs,which will greatly improve the efficiency of Chinese veterinary drug detection.
