摘  要:建立了饲料中呋喃唑酮、呋喃它酮、呋喃西林和呋喃妥因4种硝基呋喃类药物的高效液相色谱分析方法。此试验条件下硝基呋喃类药物的线性范围是0.5~10μg/mL,线性相关系数为0.9993~0.9997,回收率范围为72%~93%,变异系数为0.7%~3.4%,检测限为0.3 mg/kg,定量限为1.0 mg/kg。本试验操作简单,标准曲线线性好,准确率和重复性高,符合方法要求。A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was developed for the determination of furazolidone,furantoin,furazolin and nitrofurantoin in feed.The linear range of nitrofurans was 0.5~10μg/mL,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9993~0.9997,the recovery was 72%~93%,the coefficient of variation was 0.7%~3.4%,the detection limit was 0.3 mg/kg,and the limit of quantification was 1.0 mg/kg.The test is simple and the standard curve has good linearity,high accuracy and repeatability,which meets the requirements of the method.
