摄涕止鼽方对变应性鼻炎患者血清IL-4和IFN-γ水平、症状及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨摄涕止鼽方对肺肾气虚型变应性鼻炎(AR)患者血清白细胞介素4(IL-4)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)的影响,并评价该方对AR患者症状及生活质量的影响。方法选择2017年5月至2018年5月就诊于成都中医药大学附属医院耳鼻咽喉科门诊肺肾气虚型AR患者50例作为研究对象,将其分为试验组和安慰剂组,各25例。试验组给予摄涕止鼽方治疗,安慰剂组给予安慰剂治疗。采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测治疗前后血清IL-4和IFN-γ水平,并对治疗前后VAS及RQLQ进行评分。结果试验组治疗后VAS和RQLQ评分较治疗前均降低,试验组治疗后血清IL-4水平较治疗前降低,且IL-4、IFN-γ水平均低于安慰剂组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后血清IFN-γ比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论摄涕止鼽方能降低肺肾气虚型AR患者血清IL-4水平。Objective To observe the effect of Sheti Zhiqiu formula on the interleukin-4(IL-4)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in serum of patients with allergic rhinitis(AR)of lung and kidney deficiency type and to evaluate the influence of symptoms and quality of lives of patients with AR by using visual analogue scales(VAS)score and nosoocular conjunctiva related quality of life questionnaire scale(RQLQ)score.Methods Fifty patients with AR of lung and kidney deficiency type who were admitted to the Otolaryngology Department of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the placebo group,with 25 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with sheti zhiqiu for mula,and the placebo group was treated with placebo.Serum IL-4 and IFN-γlevels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)before and after treatment,and VAS and RQLQ scores were evaluated before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the VAS and RQLQ scores of the experimental group were lower than those before treatment,the serum IL-4 level of the experimental group was lower than that before treatment,was lower than that of the placebo group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum IFN-γbetween the experimental group and the placebo group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The Sheti Zhiqiu formula can decrease the concentrations of IL-4 in serum of patients with AR of lung and kidney deficiency type.
