基于循证方法构建神经根型颈椎病中医辨证施术方案的临床研究

摘　　要：目的基于德尔菲专家咨询法(德尔菲法)等循证方法构建神经根型颈椎病中医辨证施术方案。方法通过检索神经根型颈椎病辨证施术相关文献,制作Likert 5分量表进行问卷调查,应用德尔菲法进行2轮专家咨询,经过统计分析制订出神经根型颈椎病中医辨证施术方案。结果25名专家平均年龄48.85岁,平均工作年限25.9年,学历均本科以上。第1轮专家咨询回收率为80%,第2轮专家咨询回收率为100%,专家积极性高。第1、2轮协调系数(W)分别为0.308、0.518,二者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。专家平均权威系数(Cr)为0.77,专家权威程度高。结论神经根型颈椎病中医辨证施术方案通过德尔菲法的评价,专家代表性强,积极性高,协调性好,权威程度高。Objective To construct an operative plan of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation for cervical spondylosis(radiculopathy)based on evidence-based methods such as literature analysis and Delphi Method.Methods After extensively consulting the literature related to syndrome differentiation and operation of cervical radiculopathy,Likert 5 subscale was formed for questionnaire survey.Take Delphi to two rounds of expert consultations.Through statistical analysis,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and operation scheme for cervical spondylosis(nerve root type)was formulated.Results The average age of the 25 experts with university or above qualifications was 48.85 years old,The average length of service was 25.9 years.They had a bachelor degree or above The recovery rate of the first round of expert consultation was 80%,the recovery rate of the second round of expert consultation was 100%.The coordination coefficients(W)of the first and second rounds were 0.308 and 0.518,respectively,and the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05).Expert authority coefficient(Cr)was 0.77 on average,indicating a high degree of expert authority.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and operation program for cervical spondylosis(nerve root type)is evaluated by Delphi method,which showed strong expert representativeness,high degree of positive system,good coordination and high degree of authority.
