范蠡思想打造强大中国男子排球队的路径研究

摘　　要：中国男排国家队曾经是世界劲旅,但是,没有跟上世界排坛技战术发展的步伐,近些年,中国男排国家队成绩大幅下滑,已经成为世界二、三流的球队。范蠡是千古奇人,其政治、军事和经商思想经得起实践的检验。为了帮助中国男排重新称霸亚洲,并且在国际赛场上获得优异成绩,本文使用范蠡的军事思想,针对目前中国男子排球国家队存在的问题提出了如下的解决方案:第一,阴阳转换,以柔克刚;第二,全面提升技战术水平,增强球队纪律性;第三,提升发球威胁性;第四,提高接发球和拦网的成功率;第五,制定灵活多变的二传和扣球战术。Chinese men’s volleyball team used to be the world’s top team,but it failed to keep up with the development of the world’s volleyball.In recent years,the performance of Chinese men’s volleyball team has declined dramatically,and it has become the second to third class team in the world.Fan Li is a man of wonder for thousands of years.His political,military and business thoughts stand the test of historical practice.In order to help Chinese men’s volleyball team to dominate Asia again and achieve excellent results in the world,this paper uses Fan Li’s military thinking to propose the following solutions to the problems existing in the current national team:first,to transform yin and yang to win with softness;second,to improve the technical and tactical level comprehensively and to enhance the team’s discipline;third,to improve the threat of service;fourth,to improve the success rate of receiving service and blocking;and finally,to develop flexible second pass and spike tactics.
