学区草根体育组织的发展研究——以曲阜师范大学为例

摘　　要：草根体育组织在我国发展起步较晚,但随着近几年来政府给予草根体育组织的相关扶持,我国草根体育组织发展显然日趋上升,而国民全面健身的态势也使得草根体育组织队伍的发展不断得到扩大拓宽。本文通过对曲阜师范大学草根体育组织在发展过程中存在的弊端之处进行调查与分析,进而总结出存在问题,并提出有针对性的对策来培育和推动我国高效草根体育组织的发展。从而推动学区草根体育组织的发展水平。The development of grass-roots sports organizations started late in China,but with the support of the government in recent years,it is obviously growing,and the trend of national comprehensive fitness also makes the development of grass-roots sports organizations constantly expand.In this paper,the shortcomings of Qufu Normal University grass-roots sports organizations are investigated and analyzed,problems are summed up,and targeted countermeasures are put forward to cultivate and promote the development of high-efficiency grass-roots sports organization.The purpose is to promote the development of grassroots sports organizations in school district.
