摘  要:目的自行设计制作一次性肠瘘负压吸引辅助管并应用于肠瘘患者,观察该辅助管的使用效果。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院2018年11月至2019年11月收治的30例肠瘘患者,按收治时间进行分组,将2018年11月至2019年4月收治的16例肠瘘的患者作为对照组,2019年5月至2019年11月收治的14例肠瘘患者作为试验组。对照组采用常规负压吸引方法,试验组采用自制辅助管进行负压吸引。结果试验组患者体温上升率低于对照组(P<0.01),试验组换药次数少于对照组(P<0.01),两组患者活动度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自制一次性肠瘘负压吸引辅助管在保护患者肠管周围组织的同时更好引流腹腔中的粪便等污染物,降低感染率,减少换药次数和花费。【Objective】To design and make a disposable intestinal fistula negative pressure suction auxiliary tube for patients with intestinal fistula and observe the effect of using the auxiliary tube.【Methods】Thirty patients with intestinal fistula admitted in our department from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and grouped according to the time of admission.Sixteen patients with intestinal fistula admitted from November 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the control group.Fourteen patients with intestinal fistula treated from May to November 2019 served as the experimental group.The control group used the conventional negative pressure suction method,and the test group used the self-made auxiliary tube for negative pressure suction.【Results】The rate of temperature rise in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the number of dressing changes in the test group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in activity between the two groups(P>0.05).【Conclusion】The self-made disposable intestinal fistula negative pressure suction auxiliary tube protects the tissues around the patient's intestine and at the same time better drains pollutants such as feces in the abdominal cavity,reduces the infection rate,and reduces the number and cost of dressing changes.
