摘　　要：《园林绿化工程施工招标投标管理标准》是契合国家深化改革所推出的团体标准,针对园林绿化施工企业资质取消与住房和城乡建设部对园林绿化工程管理的新要求,结合行业特点,探索提出园林绿化工程招标投标非资质管理新型市场评价体系,是园林绿化工程管理的新办法。对该标准编制的目的意义、指导思想与基本思路进行了阐述,对标准的主要内容及重点把握要求作详细解读,对风景园林从业者了解掌握、贯彻应用新标准具有积极意义。The group standard Landscape Engineering Construction Bidding Management Standard is in line with the national deepening reform.In view of the cancellation of the qualification of landscaping construction enterprises and the new requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development for landscape engineering management,and combined with the characteristics of the industry,this paper explores and puts forward a new market evaluation system for non-qualification management of garden greening project bidding,which is a new type of landscape engineering management way.In this paper,the purpose,significance,guiding ideology and basic ideas of the standard are described,and the main contents and key requirements of the standard are explained in detail,which is of positive significance to understand,master and apply the new standard.
