摘 要:以脱乙酰度85%壳聚糖为碳源、F127为致孔剂、三聚磷酸钠为交联剂,利用软模板法制备介孔碳材料。通过FTIR、Raman、N 2吸附/脱附分析仪、XRD、XPS以及TEM等手段对介孔碳结构进行表征。探讨乙酸浓度对介孔碳孔结构的影响及对单宁酸的吸附性能。结果表明,当乙酸浓度为0.17mol·L^(-1),碳源与致孔剂、交联剂质量比为1∶0.5∶0.25时制备的介孔碳总孔容、比表面积以及平均孔径分别为0.41cm 3·g^(-1)、237.2m 2·g^(-1)、5.01nm,单宁酸的最大平衡吸附量可达110.2mg·g^(-1)。Mesoporous carbon materials were prepared by soft template method using chitosan(deacetylation degree was 85%)as the carbon source,F127 as the pore-forming agent,and sodium tripolyphosphate as the cross-linking agent.The structure of mesoporous carbon material was characterized by FTIR,Raman,N 2 adsorption/desorption analyzer,XRD,XPS,TEM,etc.The effect of acetic acid concentration on the pore structure of mesoporous carbon materials and the adsorption performance for tannic acid were discussed.The results showed that when the mass ratio for carbon source,pore-forming agent and cross-linking agent was 1∶0.5∶0.25 in 0.17mol·L-1 acetic acid solution,the pore volume,specific surface area and average pore diameter of mesoporous carbon was 0.41cm 3·g-1,237.2m 2·g-1 and 5.01nm,and the maximum equilibrium adsorption capacity of tannic acid could reach 110.2mg·g-1.
