摘  要:为合成一种以天然阻燃材料为功能片段的新型阻燃粘胶纤维,以羧基化粘胶纤维为基材,以鸟苷酸(GMP)为阻燃功能片段,二环己基碳二亚胺(DCC)为交联剂,合成出接枝鸟苷酸羧基化粘胶纤维。探索其优化合成工艺,并进行形貌、力学及热性能进行表征。结果表明:合成接枝鸟苷酸粘胶纤维的最优工艺为:DCC/羧基化粘胶纤维质量比为0.8,在pH为5.5的50%乙醇液中于60℃反应4h。在此工艺下,三鸟苷酸的接枝率达到了6.77%,阻燃因子平均接枝厚度为0.167μm,干态强度与干态断裂伸长率分别增加了7.3%、3.29%;接枝鸟苷酸粘胶纤维的LOI增加66.33%,燃烧时间延长38.64%,热释放量减少43.43%。洗涤30次,其LOI值仅降低1.03%。In order to synthesize a novel flame-retardant viscose fiber contained natural flame retardant as functional fragment,a carboxylated viscose fiber grafted guanosine acid(GGVF)was synthesized by carboxylated viscose fiber as basic material,and guanosine acid(GMP)as flame retardant,and flame retardant and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide(DCC)as a crosslinking agent.The optimized process was researched,and the synthetic morphology,mechanical and thermal properties were characterized.The optimal process is that the mass ratio of GMP tocarboxylated viscose fiber is equal 0.8,the reaction temperature is 60℃,the pH is 5.5,and the reaction time is 4h,and the medium is 50%alcohol.At this condition,the grafted GMP ratio is arrived to 6.67%,the average grafted thickness of GMP is 0.167μm,and the dry strength and dry elongation at break is increased to 7.3%and 3.29%respectively,the LOI is increased to 66.33%,the burning time is extended to 38.64%,and the heat release was reduced to 43.43%.After washing 30 times with standard FZ/T62013-2009,the LOI is decreased to 1.03%.
