摘 要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为硬段,丙烯酸松香GMA二元醇(RAG)和聚乙二醇(PEg-1000)为软段,通过预聚体法合成了松香基芳香族型水性聚氨酯(RWPU)。利用红外光谱、X射线衍射分析、热重分析、差示扫描量热分析、静态水接触角等分别表征了RWPU的组成、结构、热性能和耐水性,研究了不同R值(-NCO/-OH摩尔比)、n RAG/n PEg-1000和DMPA用量对RWPU乳液稳定性及涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,成功制备了软硬段具有较好相容性的水性聚氨酯;随着R值的增大,RWPU热分解温度下降,玻璃化转变温度升高;随着DMPA用量的增加,耐水性逐渐减弱;在R=1.5、n RAG/n PEg-1000=17∶3、DMPA的用量为反应单体的11wt.%条件下制备的RWPU树脂综合性能最佳,涂膜光泽度为146.1,铅笔硬度为H,柔韧性为1 mm,附着力为1级,耐冲击强度为50 cm·Kg。The rosin-based aromatic waterborne polyurethane(RWPU)was synthesized by prepolymer method with TDI and DMPA as hard segments,Acrylic rosin GMA diol(RAG)and polyethylene glycol(PEg-1000)as soft segments.The composition,structure,thermal performance and water resistance of RWPU were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,TGA,DSC and water contact angle,etc.The effects of different R value(n-NCO/n-OH),n RAG/n PEg-1000 and amount of DMPA on the stability and film properties of RWPU emulsion were studied.The results indicated that the waterborne polyurethane with good compatibility with hard and soft segments were successfully prepared;and with the increase of R value,the thermal decomposition temperature of RWPU decreased and the glass transition temperature increased,and with the increase of DMPA level,the water resistance decreases gradually.In addition,under the conditions of R=1.5,n RAG∶n PEg-1000=17∶3,and the DMPA level was 11wt.%based on reactive monomer,the film of RWPU resin exhibited the best comprehensive performance,i.e.the film gloss of 146.1,the pencil hardness of H,the flexibility of 1 mm,the adhesion of 1 grade,and the impact strength of 50 cm·Kg.
