摘  要:传统热敏纸汗潜手印显现方法存在着操作难、步骤复杂,污染检材,显现效果不理想等问题。为了探究热敏纸上汗潜手印的最佳显现条件,本文选取三种常见的热敏纸作为检材,模拟手印遗留过程,对茚三酮试剂配方、显现温度和手印遗留时间等三个影响因素进行研究,设置对比实验,对比分析显现结果,得出热敏纸上汗潜手印的适宜显现试剂配方、最佳显现温度和不同遗留时间对显现结果的优差比较。通过实验,四种显现试剂配方中,配方1∶0.3g茚三酮加入0.5mL无水乙醇,再加入50mL石油醚的显现效果最佳;最佳显现温度为80℃;实验显现配方可以显现遗留30天以内的新鲜、陈旧手印,手印遗留时间短的显现效果比遗留时间长的效果好。There are some problems in the traditional latent fingerprint development on thermal paper,such as difficult operation,complicated steps,contamination of material and unsatisfactory developing effect.In order to explore the best developing condition,selected three common thermal paper,simulated fingerprint legacy process,studied three influencing factors such as ninhydrin reagent formula,developing temperatures and remaining time,carried out the control experiment,compared and analyzed the developing results,and obtained the appropriate developing reagent formula,the best developing temperature and comparison of developing results with different remaining time.According to the experiment,among the four developing reagent formulas,the best reagent formula is the formula 1(Ninhydrin 0.3g was added with anhydrous ethanol 0.5mL,followed by petroleum ether 50mL);Best temperature is 80℃;Experimental formula can develop the fresh or old fingerprints left under 30 days,the development of fresh fingerprints was better than old ones.
