摘 要:目的研究西藏扁芒菊[Waldheimia glabra(Decne.)Rgl.]全草的化学成分及其抗补体活性。方法通过溶血实验,对西藏扁芒菊醇提物进行抗补体活性测试,并以抗补体活性作为分离导向进行分离与纯化,以现代谱学技术鉴定结构,确定抗补体活性成分。结果从西藏扁芒菊95%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个抗补体活性物质,包括5个酚酸、3个黄酮、1个倍半萜和1个酪醇。结论酚酸与黄酮是主要的抗补体活性成分,构效关系分析显示咖啡酰基对于抗补体活性有重要的作用。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from Waldheimia glabra(Decne.)Rgl.as well as their anti-complementary activities.Methods The cell hemolysis assay was used to evaluate the anti-complementary activities of the ethanol extract of W.glabra.Various chromatographic methods were used for separation and purification oriented by hemolytic test.The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectral datum.Results Ten compounds were isolated from the 95%ethanol extract of W.glabra,including 5 phenolic acids,3 flavonoids,1 sesquiterpene,and 1 tyrosol.Conclusion Phenolic acids and flavonoids are important anti-complementary constituents in W.glabra especially those compounds with caffeoyl groups.
