摘 要:目的:基于核磁共振技术比较四川产厚朴根皮与干皮水提冻干粉的化学成分。方法:对四川产厚朴根皮与干皮水提冻干粉进行红外吸收光谱(IR)、紫外吸收光谱(UV)及核磁共振(NMR)波谱(包括^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR、^(1)H-^(1)H COSY、^(1)H-^(13)C HSQC)进行测定。结果:分析其UV和IR谱图特征吸收峰对应的基团,并对其^(1)H NMR和^(13)CNMR信号进行了归属,分析了其化学成分。结论:该研究将为厚朴的其它相关研究提供参考。Objective Comparison of Chemical Components of Water-Extracted Freeze-dried Powder of Root Bark and Stem Bark of Mangnolia Officinalis Produced in Sichuan based on Nuclear Magnetic Resonance.Method The water-extracted freeze-dried powder of magnolia officinalis root bark and stem bark produced in Sichuan will be measured with infrared absorption spectrum(IR),ultraviolet absorption spectrum(UV)and nuclear paramagnetic resonance spectrum(NMR)(including ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,^(1)H-^(1)H COSY,^(1)H-^(13)C HSQC)in this paper.Result To analyze their groups corresponding to characteristic absorption peak of UV and IR spectrogram,classify their ^(1)H and ^(13)CNMR signals and analyze their chemical components.Conclusion The research will provide a reference for other relevant studies of magnoliae officinalis.
