摘　　要：外用膏剂是选用相宜的基质与药物,采用适宜工艺制成专供外用的半固体或近似固体的一类制剂。外用膏剂的种类主要包括膏药、橡皮膏和软膏剂。膏药虽药效强,但存在制作耗时长、工艺复杂、药效不稳定等缺点。橡皮膏虽携带方便但因药效过低只能作为治疗的辅料。随着传统工艺不断改革和新技术的出现,人们迫切期望提升现有外用膏剂。软膏剂因其独特的便利性、多样性和容受性进入人们视野并被多种行业所青睐。制备软膏剂的基质选择,辅料添加和处方工艺对其后期临床应用具有重要作用。文章主要针对软膏剂的新型基质,制备工艺优化俩方面进行综述,以期为新型软膏剂的研发提供理论参考。External ointment is a kind of semi-solid or nearly solid preparation specially made for external use by using suitable matrix and medicine and adopting suitable technology.Ointment refers to a semi-solid external preparation with a certain consistency,which is a semi-solid external preparation made by mixing the main drug with its suitable matrix.As a new type of external medicine,ointment can effectively combine the specific matrix with the main medicine,and has the characteristics of strong inclusiveness,convenient carrying and good efficacy.With the development of medical industry,ointments are often used in preoperative preparation and postoperative recovery.However,it is a difficult problem for ointment preparation to choose suitable matrix according to clinical needs,adopt different preparation techniques and endow ointment with unique characteristics to achieve better efficacy.In this paper,the new matrix of ointment,the optimization of preparation technology and quality control were reviewed,in order to provide theoretical reference for the research and development of new ointment.
